We offer professional job coaching and consultancy supporting services both privately funded or through Access to Work grants. Our services help employers, companies, support staff and individuals to effectively and empower themselves or staff with neurodiversities such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, Autism and mental health conditions. We tailor services and packages to suit your individual needs, including workplace needs assessments for reasonable adjustments, legal compliance advice, job coaching and assistive technology training for employees, and disability awareness training for staff, managers and HR staff. Supporting Services for Support Workers

Access to Work funding may be available to help employers fund the adjustments an employee needs to help them excel at work. What help can Access to Work fund? The list is endless and includes job and strategy coaching, assistive technology training and equipment and awareness training. How do you apply for Access to Work? It’s easy!
