Diverse Team Experience

We understand that your needs change depending on what age you are and also what other objectives you have – whether you be a parent, a young person or an employer – we offer friendly advice from the outset, providing appropriate services to screen, test, support and council you through the diagnosis right through to providing you with the special needs support to understand and adapt to best overcome those moments that can often lead to feelings of isolation and anxiety.
The processes and procedures involved with access to work are also one of PDC’s prime areas of expertise and we work to provide the support you require to go through the formalities and also provide an extensive range of services in relation to needs assessments and can provide full advice about how the funding will be allocated between the employee and the employer. We have further extended these services to provide consultation and workshops to the workplace and provide helpful charts and understanding of the stages of support required for those with needs in the workplace.
